My complaint:

Hi. Today from 1 pm till 11 pm. I face serious signal and internet issues. Calls cutting. Texts not sending. Internet pages not loading and what’s app calls cutting off.

This happened on new years eve and news year day also.

Why is this happening exactly? What is being done to fix this? It happened in Ikotun Lagos Nigeria and also in Lekki Lagos Nigeria.

I pay a lot of money for this service. Please can you look into making your service more reliable and a better and stronger signal.

I have restarted my phone. Took the sim card out and cleaned it. I have cleaned my phone inside and out. I shut down all apps and done an internal clean. I tried switching to 3G 2G etc but nothing was making it better.

The sad part is this was happening when I was doing a business meeting for money and I lost the money because of it. This is serious not okay at all.

I think someone should contact me with a solution and compensation. This is awful what has happened.

Suggested solution:

Compensation. Solution. Fix signal issues. Make internet and data work better. Technical people should pick up on these issues and send texts to say we know this is happening and we are fixing it. It is like you people dont care. Awful.
