My complaint:

Today 18th june 2022, I had 5 pcs of 1,000 recharge cards for use . I tried the first , second and third pins , upon the third recharge that i had to try twice. i got an error message stating card used by you meaning i used the card already . I checked my balance and realized i had 2,000 instead of 3,000.

I called the customer service four times , and the agents ed to me that i used the three recharge cards already, there was no deduction on my line and then the agents helped me with the other two.

Right now , I have 4,000 on my line instead of 5,000 leaving me with no explanation of what went wrong ,no solution to illegal debit and i can not subscribe to activate data bundle for work .

Kindly assist and treat as urgent to relieve this inconvenience.
