My complaint:
On 17022023, I ported from GLO to Airtel because the former were deducting money from my phone for sms to UK numbers I did not make. The Airtel staff, who attended to me, instructed me to transfer50,000naira to her account which I did she will, in turn, transfer it to Airtel as credit on my phone. On Saturday 18022023, I went back to your office bought 2,000naira phone credit as the 50,000naira I paid the day before had not been credited to my account. The lady who attended to me on 1702informed me that the 50,00 was credited to my account on Monday 20022023 by her Manager. so I had over 50,000 in my account. By Wednesday when I paid for data, my balance was showing 22,000. On Thursday,232- 18,934.84, today 2502, it is 14,241.63naira, today at 2.15pm. how could i spend over 36,000 naira in Five days? have I gone from frying pan to fire? Please check my account refund my money to me. I have photograph of the 50,000 transfer slip.

When my account has been credited with the actual amount I paid as credit for my phone.
I reacharged #200 aitel airtime from my bank early yesterday morning, l was credited by Airtel but as l want to use it to buy data, the credited airtime no more to be find. Please do the needful
