My complaint:
I’ve provided correct address, Airbnb listed on wrong area apparently, guest was aware of accurate location prior to arrival, they settled in and an hour later left the premises alleged was not where rhey expected. Airbnb Sent me an email saying the guest cancelled, after a while the claimed on the platform that I have cancelled and had to pay a fee for it. Ignoring the messages I’ve sent with proof of address and all the rest of it. Outrageous lies and manipulation. Shame on them.
Suggested solution:
Removing the lies that says that I've cancelled and enforce the cancellation policy upon the guest.
