My complaint:
I was staying for 6 weeks. I mistakenly let her have my email, adress, phone number etc. Not only did she recharge me for what I gave Airbnb.. but misrepresented the studio. A c not adequate and did not work.(275.00 times 2), it came out of the wall and a big whole where rats could crawl in! No internet, could not get emails, phone calls, tv and found I was tracked as my phone showed it. The hotel tax of 1200.00 plus was due to an email saying..it was outrageous and also stated not to give host my cell,my adress, my email and credit card after the fact..I was charged double and after 6nights kicked out ( due to hole in wall that ac belt came out )and no refund. I ended up in Columbia Hosp emergency as I had 24 hrs to leave and at 68 w foot surgery to repack, find a place( while United Nations in nyc..no rooms available)(they re rented) horrible experience and they Airbnb and host told me that they would refund me…they made up absurd charges and after 10,000 I paid, charged they kept entering different things. My injury and back after sept 25 th is finally getting calmed down and ok. But therapy cost another 5,000, help me please someone.. I went there to become a grandma,! Bdaniels

I only owe them 1049.00one thousand and forty nine dollars for 6 nights. I payed over 9000.00( nine thousand) . They misrepresented themselves, they rerented asap due to United Nations. I had to call board of heath for hole in wall. They lived n building and new exactl y what they were doing at 130 e 62nd sr. Nyc.help..please call 3054582200. One of my emails changed by them. Of course, the one registered with Airbnb.Proof of Columbia emergency room, and hss doctor and rehab.
