Hi, If you read all the information in the above thread you will understand there is far more than a single issue of inaccurate listing!!! Such as verbal abuse, threatening behavior, being forced out of the accommodation by the host
Suggested solution:
Actually investigate the issue and stop passing me on to the next support person and the next and the next! Each one starts by saying how can I help and does nothing but pass me on the the next support person.
