My complaint:
We he couldn’t even get a bottle or cup of water unless we had a credit card, this is absolutely outrageous, not everyone has a credit card, then when he tried to pay with cash, both Australian dollars and NZ dollars they advised him they don’t accept that, this is absolutely absurd to expect people to only have a credit card to have a drink of water. I will be putting in a complaint with ACA and the ombudsman if I do not get a satisfactory response. This is the worst experience I have ever had on your airline.
I was appalled.
