My complaint:

No airbridge provided on arrival into Bali departure.
I have a disability require assistance to the plane.
I was physically lifted in a wheelchair down the stairs on arrival carried up the stairs on departure.
This is stressful for me the poor people who have to do this.

Why can’t the airport use a lift as they do to get the food onboard.
We have flown with other airlines they use a lift.

Suggested solution:

Provide an airbridge when it is known there are passengers with disabilities that cannot ascend or descend stairs.
