My complaint:
Machines would not print baggage tickets. Proceeded to representative at the club class line. She advised only one rep at counter. Told us to join very long line up with everyone. 10 minutes later second counter opened. Then started opts plus and club class line meanwhile we stood in line for very long times without moving. Inquired many times about what to do. NO HELP OFFERED. Why did I pay all this money to upgrade? Very unhappy and a poor start to a vacation. Found a machine to PRINT luggage tags only from other frustrated customers. I did everything possible for a smooth booking.
You need to hire people that know how to help travelers.
I am requesting a full refund if my club class ticket as there is XERO value paying thousand of dollars for this so called privilege.
