My complaint:

We had tickets booked from JHB to Mauritus at the end of November 2021. Due to the travel bans our flights were cancelled. After requesting a refund in Jan 2022 I’ve yet to receive a cent or a decent piece of communication.

I WANT MY REFUND NOW!
