My complaint:

My flight have been cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions. I have requested a refund, but after searching for someone to help me for very long, I have been informed that my refund request will take up to 48 working days to be processed. Such a long waiting time is unacceptable. I need the money very urgently.

Suggested solution:

I would appreciate it if they could speed up the refund process to two weeks at the most, or at least inform me if my refund request is accepted so hat I can plan ahead.
