Hi dear Sir Madame, i Mr Sooriadeo Gungabissoon i bought my Air ticket from Travel2be E-ticket my ticket number749-3880992790 Flight number 4Z 252- SA Airlink Departure Johannesburg intl to Arrival Antananarivo on 18.01.2021 Airline Booking code 4ZUCXDJS was cancel due to the pandemic covid 19 and my other ticket E ticket Tcket number760-3832708716 Flight 612 Air Austral Departure Antananarivo Arrival St Denis de la Reunion on 18 .02.2021 Airline booking UUUEE6PE and other flight UU102 AirAustral Departure St Denis de la Reunion Arrival Mauritius on19.02.2021 all my flight has been cancel u tilk futher notice. I also wrote customer service for refund they told me i took 8 to 12 week ut now it more than 12 week there no any reply from them is it possible i can re organise for my date of departure instead of refund i would much appreciate to receive a mail from you notify me thanks for your co-operation
