My complaint:

I booked the flight ticket with air austral on March chennai to Mauritius and the return flight is 15th of may 2020. My booking reference RZGIAO

I arrived Mauritius 14th march 2020, and I’m ready to go back to chennai on scheduled date. But the airlines was informed to me the schedule postponed to 5th of june 2020. Because of the pandemic and border are closed.

I tried ready to travel on 5th of june. but the airlines again postponed the travel date on 4th of September.
Now I’m ready to travel on the 4th of September, but the airlines send me a email suspended it’s flight to chennai till 30th of September. But I should be back before 13th of September. Because my niece will get married on 13th of September. And my mother’s death anniversary prayers on 15th of September. I don’t have enough money to buy a new ticket with another airlines.

Suggested solution:

Please should arrange a repatriation flight before 13th of september. If not able to arrange a repatriation flight before 13th of September, please connect my journey with another airlines like air Mauritius, emirates, Kenya airways before 13th september any one day. That airlines operating repatriation and scheduled flights before september 13.
So please provide me travel to chennai or any other indian destination before 13th of September.
