My complaint:
We booked a room for April 6th-7th.
Then recieved a ation that the trip was for the 4th of Jan 2024 (tonight)
I proceeded to be o the phone for 6 hours. Where they actively lied that the hotel wouldn’t refund the booking.
I called the hotel over 5 times and they told me they have approved the booking. I have email proof they approved the refund.
Agoda are still not refunding us the money.
Suggested solution:
By refunding or rebooting the date.
