My complaint:
We purchased refundable tickets. After canceling the flight we were told the refund would come in 4 weeks. It has not been 12 weeks and still not refunds. The chat says call on the phone. When calling on the phone they say write. When writing they say just wait, or do not answer at all. It appears that AeroMexico is stealing our money
