My complaint:

After landing in Mexico in Aeromexico, there was no wheel chair waiting for us. I tried talking to several booths from the airline and they each sent me somewhere else. After waiting over 30 minutes there was still no response. They employ was extremely rude and condescending. We still did not get a wheelchair.

Suggested solution:

The lack of professionalism and lack of service. I don’t believe I will ever be flying with this airline again. No sympathy for a disable person. I had to leave my travel partner alone for all this time. He is mute and can’t hear and well as walk. This is inhumane. I expect the employees to be held accountable and reparation.
