My complaint:
My bill has doubled in the past 2 months. I wash once a week use my dishwasher once a week all being done at 7 or 8pm. All energy efficient appliances. We do not use our heat pump as we use propane for heating. Our power bill has never been this high in the winter month’s. The only time it’s been this high is in the summer when we use our air conditioning and also have a pool. I am totally disgusted with aep. Thank you Georgia Matthews
