My complaint:
My name is Richard Samson, On 7th September 2023 my account was permanently banned because according to activision I was cheating in the game which is absolutely wrong. I live in India and i always get connected to Chinese server or Japanese server and they are worldwide considered to be as the hackers and cheaters in thr lobbies. But that doesn’t mean that I am randomly getting connected in their lobby getting paired up with them does not actually makes me a cheater too. I made friends from UK and USA and I play a lot in their server when they are hosting the game and I never came across any cheaters and all play fair in that lobby. Making friends in USA, UK or Europe is not a crime or Activision is trying to prove that I should remain in my home server and should never try to enter the other server through my friends. I won’t share my friends game IDs keeping in mind their privacy but I have plenty of them. Is Activision a racist? Do they really don’t want Asians to be friends with Western People to play in their server? I am located in Asia and I will be banned immediately just because some random squad mate is cheating??? Even I don’t know them at all. I request you to please review your decision again? I have spent a lot of money on this game purchasing the vault edition, battle pass each season and buying operators skin as well.
Suggested solution:
They should review their decision instead of just spamming the same message This is the final decision and case closed also when opening the tickets they get closed next day with again same spam message the ticket is not related to thr topic concerned, ticket closed
