My complaint:
Hello everyone, I am 46 years old and I play CoD every chance I get, specially to unwind and it has been my hobby for the past 10 years, Sufice to say, I’ve never cheated, I’ve never installed hacks, I don’t even trash talk! and I’ve never had any issues before (of course I used to play on console)
It has happened again, now I get banned on Modern Warfare, the new one… playing the campaign!… I can’t even appeal the ban because it said I already appealed and lost (for the ban on MWWZ I got on the 12th), now the reason, I assume is for both bans is:

Now, since they don’t tell me what this supposed software is, I have no idea if I’m doing anything wrong, I use OBS on the background for recording and streaming, I used a wired PS5 controller directly connected to the back of the PC, I don’t even use the mouse and keyboard to navigate the menus.
Maybe is worth mentioning that sometimes the controller cable will touch and move the mouse and a small in-game notification will appear on the top right corner saying USING GAMEPAD Visit the settings menu to change.
You can see this instance happen when I tried to close a notification using the mouse without pausing the game, this was on the second day stream (yesterday) exactly at ( 3:08:50 5:43:36)

I don’t think this would be the cause, but after the 1st ban on the 12th, I’ve been trying to figure out what could possible be interpreted as a hackcheat by the game’s anti-cheat and I can’t think of anything that sounds plausible.
Just in case ANYONE would be willing to look into this, I streamed all my playthrough thus far, even recorded my first time running the game, everything was recorded and streamed:
