My complaint:
I have been unfairly banned and I preorder the modern warfare 2 game for 100 bucks and I cant even play it because it says ive been permantely banned for nothing, I just want to play the campaign and the game in general, I have checked my account to see if im banned and it says no ban detected im annoyed because I just want to be treated fairly since I have not and will never try and hack or mod call of duty in any way im a competive player. I don’t understand why I could only play through the training come back and it says ive been banned and for what? Cause you guys said you detected malicious software being used but I am new to computer gaming and I would not want to jeapordize my 1300 dollar laptop as i mainly got a laptop to start playing Call of duty games again.
Suggested solution:
by unbanning me and to let me be able to play the training and campaign, and multiplayer as I said before I will never and have never hacker or modded call of duty in any sorts of way
