My complaint:
I have had the same Activision account for 11 yrs but the email I opened it with was hacked a few years ago. I can still access my Activision via my xbox due to it bring linked but unable to change the email, name, password ect. and despite multiple attempts to get support though my support tickets never go through or they keep emailing the hacked email (despite giving them a new one) either way i have heard nothing off them. If I open a new Activision account I lose all content I paid for which is wrong, i have proofs the accounts are mine and Activision need to make it easier to actually speak to someone and get help
Suggested solution:
Just want Activision to actually contact me to attempt to resolve this
