My complaint:
I purchased game in a hurry for my son. Selected game and quickly paid on PayPal. Next day I get receipt for expensive version I didn’t select. Upon testing I see it chooses this rather than allow you to deliberately make the decision. I messaged the help and on twitter weeks ago and I was 100% ignored. I only wanted to downgrade to standard version. Not a full refund.
Suggested solution:
At least reply to me. Treating me like I don’t exist and ignoring me completely is disgusting
