My complaint:
Cod mobile is a video game made by activision.
In recent years cod mobile has become incredibly toxic in the world chat of their mobile game.
Toxicity can range from racism, to threats, to telling people to kill themselfs, that gays have no right and more.
Players have been reported though the in game system and have not recieved any in game punishment for months with the same perpetrators doing the same thing.
Messages were sent with evidence to activision and they have taken 0 evidence on these users.
To have this much toxicty on a world chat with vulnerable people on the game is disgusting and this game company should straight up be sued for allowing such illegal behaviour..
This is one of the first steps I’m taking to get back at this company I’m not happy.. All this toxicty had ruined the game not just for me but for others.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve the issue by actually responding on twitter...ive messeged cod mobile, activsion and activision support, reported in game and contacted them on their website with absolute 0 response or 0 action.
Their security and enforcement team really need to moderate the chat and keep an eye on the current state of toxicty in their cod mobile game because eventually some bad stuff is going to happen.
