My complaint:
I was banned for supposedly manipulating game data i don’t even know what that means. I took a break from the game to go to a funeral came back and was permanently banned when I spend tons on this game and I refuse to start over I do believe it’s not fair I couldn’t even get a ban appeal to go through
Suggested solution:
Talk to me and explain the situation I’m pretty sure my account was hacked but I get banned for it can I get a refund or my account back something. Gaming is my way of income at the moment but playing fewer games because of this is earning fewer income. Please get back to me.
