My complaint:
Banned from playing cod warzone for no reason, their enforcement policy states that you will receive an email stating why and what the ban is for, i have not received this email so they are breaking their own TCs, you cannot even appeal the permanent ban
Suggested solution:
Give a reason for the ban so i can at least challenge them and have the ban removed
