My complaint:
I have been banned from the game (assume temporarily but the page does not say when they will review) because I assume someone I shot in the game reported me because they were angry. I have been unable to play with my friends for over a week. I am a 61 year old that never swears or carry’s on like a lot of other players do. I have my microphone switched off and only in use when in my party with my friends. I certainly do not cheat as my kills to deaths ratio will testify to. That I even have to write this is really bad. This company was all too happy to take my money but now stops me from playing for absolutely no reason.
Suggested solution:
Have the CEO ring me and apologise in person and in writing.
