My complaint:

I currently have winnings of 1443.00 nzd on my 7bit casino account. 11 days ago i tried to withdraw my winnings.
My account verification documents had all been previously approvedwhen i opened the account. I have only ever used paysafe vouchers and my visa debit card to deposit. The winnings came from a deposit made with a paysafe voucher.
Shortly after i made my withdrawl it was declined. I contacted customer support who at first decided my previously accepted verification methods were no longer acceptable (lol….predictable) so sent more documents through which were again approved. Then i am informed that they arent able to issue withdrawls onto bank cards atm. No explanation or reason given. Then im told it has to go into my skrill account because i used a paysafe voucher for the depisit however with a ps voucher u are able to deposit it straight onto your account. Ive never had a skrill account nor have i needed one so i disputed this to which i then had to dig through my rubbish to find the 20nzd voucher and provide evidence of it (even though they had emailed receipt when the deposit was made)

Im starting to feel anxiety and fustration as the reoccurring thought in my head is telling me ‘here we go agaim….ANOTHER online casino who tries to swindle its players out of their deserved legitimate winningswithdrawls.

In the end im told it can be deposited into my banl account via online banking. I then have to provide further info and verification that my bank account is the same one that is on my debit card that i made previous deposits off. I do that and then withdraw again using bank transfer method.
Next day im told the withdrawls been approved…..yay.

11 daysand 60 odd msgs between myself and cistomer support later and the funds are refunded back onto my 7bit account.
One of the support ppl even told me 3 days it had def been paid into my bank account.
They wont tell mewhy its back in my casino account they just told me i have to withdraw ahain.
I go to do this but all valid withdrawl methods for me are unavailable. What the actual fck??
Um this reeks of foul play literally.

This casino is fraud as. Ive sought legal advice and will be taking 7bit to court. It may only be 1448nzd but im sick of these dodgy casinos tryna rip ppl off and not pay withdrawls out.
Its fraud. Ive read the conditions and rules thoroughly and 7bit are in direct breach of at least 4 so far.

Suggested solution:

Pay my withdrawl into my verified bank account immediately as was agreed on and approved last week on friday 21 may 2021.
