My complaint:
So it started out great quick pay outs and great bonuses although the wager were a little bit high still good but then as time progressed it got less and less you can deposit $100 of $$$$ and there support says sorry I can’t offer you no loyalty bonuses at the moment and then there’s the issue with the games mostly the Zillion games they don’t catch your free spins your supposed to get I thought for away it was required to be in a certain order but it doesn’t I was playing the Book of Hor at 40 a bet and 100 a bet and missed out on free spins as I had the 3 books and no nothing for me and as on the Zillion games leprechaun game I had gotten free spins and on 2 different in occasion I got the free spins And it caught my free spins every time on this game but it didn’t give me my winnings from the free spins. As I have contacted support and vip manager’s as well regarding this matter and I have seriously gotten no where I get told they need a screenshot of the issue and some times the issues are impossible to obtain a screenshot of and when I contact VIP managers it takes a long long time I will post screenshots of the delays and now I got told make a deposit and I’d get 100 platipus spins so I did and when I asked for my spins I got told to make another deposit 1st
Suggested solution:
They should make sure the games pay like there supposed to I can see a few glitches but not as many as have been happening and the spins promotions that they offer me for deposits they need to honor those when they said they're going to not tell me to do another deposit that is wrong that is a thief I now got screwed out if 100 platipus spins and Amy the vip manager is no good
