My complaint:
I need to have my 711 store remove part of a tree that is growing into my free standing awning in my back yard About 7 years ago my neighbor was notified about taking 2 trees down and 711 corporate employers viewed the problem. The result was my neighbor had the trees pruned but never took them down and now the one tree is approaching the awning top which will disassemble it. I was disgusted with the lack of concern with my neighbor and the 711 person put in charge of it. I am writing again due to the growth of the tree,
Suggested solution:
By cutting the tree down or the part growing into my free standing awning.
