My complaint:
Josie the cashier was very rude to me and refused the sale or an energy drink, 2 packets of nuts and a diet dr. pepper. She would not honor the sale price of the nuts advertised on the shelf. I entered my loyalty phone number as well. I stood there for 8 minutes and she treated me very poorly in front of other customers. I videoed the refusal of sale when I have done nothing wrong. I asked her to call a manager and she would not and said she would be in the next day. I am a traveler and was passing through so I would not be able to do so. I will attach a photo. Please contact me for the full video. This should not be an employee of any retail establishment the was Josie treats customers and her lack of professionalism.
Suggested solution:
Re-evaluate having Josie as an employee. Reach out to me to email video (it is too large of a file to upload on here), and make sure your pricing wrings up correctly on the register. Finally, contact me upon resolution.
