My complaint:
I tried to use my card and use my 11 ent discount by putting my. Number in and the cashier wouldn’t put the discount through, told me he couldn’t see it I have to wait till I go outside. So I did and the price didn’t change so I went back in and had to do it with cash and he gave me the cash discount that everyone who pays cash gets so I put my number in and told him he has to use my 11 cent discount and again told him he needs to push the button to do it and he said no it’s not up to him and again went outside and no discounts this 711 has been cheating customers for a very long time. I have my receipts this happened today 12/27/2023 one at 6:04pm and the other at 6:08pm they don’t even have there cash price listed online. Why have a 711 app if they don’t honor it. Also I would have been paying a penny less if he used the app with card. When I used card he charged me regular price. It’s not the e first time they e done that, I’m just finally fed up with being cheated.
Suggested solution:
Have them learn to use the app and treat customer right. Give us the discount we are suppose to have or why else get points. Give me the gas I’m suppose to get. I feel like they owe me still from last like 10 times they already cheated me
