My complaint:
why advertise having a store open 24 hrs a day ? , when customers show up the doors locked and the employees do the best not to make eye contact with you or interact with you whatsoever . at least other locations they will tell you one moment and come unlock the door . worst customer service ever, enjoy losing loyal customers
Suggested solution:
get in contact with the franchise owner and either take away the 24 hr status or hire some employees that will actually do their job
