My complaint:
Cashier very rude when asked about steam card didn’t know it can be loaded with cash but I asked if there was a manager here no response also tried to explain to him but he didn’t want to listen this is second time have gotten poor customer service here after got upset with him he elected to call the police if I didn’t leave the store because I said it’s a game card fool that you sell them here and have no idea what is the product you sell here very poor customer service attitude
Suggested solution:
Customer service at this site more training need to be involved and attitude adjustment there’s no excuse for not knowing the product you sell I feel they should be fired I will never return to this site
