My complaint:
Was denied purchase on several occasions due to payment with EBT card.
Denied purchase of water, beef jerky, peanut mms, candy and drinks for my children. All items were deemed acceptable to purchase with EBT, no attempt to purchase got food was made at any time.
Suggested solution:
The website claims all 7-eleven accepts EBT in the state of CA, as long as the purchase is with cold food products.
It’s hard enough to ask for help and then be denied due to life’s difficulties.
I would like an apology posted and a sign stating,food stamps accepted.
