7-Eleven complaint: Rude and lazy worker

My complaint:

I walked in to the store,a store I have used on a regular basis since 1984,and it was a little busy but not too bad.the lottery machine was busy so I didn’t run my tickets cause it was busy. I went back to the counter after the line if people went away. So this associate of yours named Connie tells me I don’t mean to be rude but you got to do all your transaction at once that I am taking up too much of her time but I was the only customer at the counter and there was no point of asking to run my card when I went through the line the first time cause it was busy. I did and said nothing at that point,I just want ever go back to that store ever again.35 years I have been a proud customer of this location,and now you couldn’t pay me to go there.if I see that action is taken against this employee I would consider differently. Thanks for your time.God Bless

Cashier needs to be replaced with someone who wants to do their job.
