My complaint:
Went to purchase 2– of the 7S iced caps moch they were priced at 2$5
They did not ring up to the sale price, when I asked about it the employee said he had to go by what the Register said. And could not corret it Would not look into then. I had him remove the drinks.
This is not the first time this has happened at this store.
I think the owners are try to cheat people by not correcting this. And the employees are unable to put the correct item with its correct price.
The price errors are always the 711 brand items.
Suggested solution:
they should have honored the price shown.
