My complaint:
Purchased ice cream and vape refill. Employee asked to scan my ID (which has never been requested to be scanned before). I asked if my information was going to be stored into a local database that could be hacked. The employee stopped, walked away in a cursing rant leaving the other employee to continue the transaction while i continued to hear the other employee cursing and ranting. I asked the name of the employee so that I could follow up with a manager and was refused her name. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t the first time I have encountered the attitude of this employee who I can only describe as the nasty black woman. This store has no shortage of issues that happen on a daily basis. I have done my best to stay away from this store but sometimes that cannot be avoided and that is a shame to feel like that.
