My complaint:

For 9 weeks we in our neighborhood have complained to the POLICE living behind your store. They are using your trash bin to depose of human waste and peeing on your property. They use buckets as their toilet. They have broken into the shed that protects a water heater for water. They have littered the alley with couches mattresses for bedding. We’re sure this violates your stores. This has been 9 weeks of punishment to everyone in the neighborhood. One of your tenants started throwing pipe fittings at my house and busted my window. When I realized I was under attack I went outside to the backyard and nearly got it. When I asked what the hell are ya doin, he started throwing those fittings at me. I grabbed a baseball bat and he took off running to his nest, on your property, picked up a golf club and assaulted me. I’ve called the Police who showed up 20-30 minutes later and was told what had to be done. We neighbors are meeting in a few days to begin our filing of various complaints to the BBB, Health Dept., City Council and the Mayors Office. Any further contact will be made on Facebook so we can find out how many other stores have this problem. The franchisee is aware but doesn’t have any idea what to do to satisfactorily resolve this.

Suggested solution:

Fence the back better. Put water heater in store, if it is your water heater. Removal of the tents, couches and underwear and dirty clothing thrown up and down the alley.
