7-Eleven complaint: Stealing points and money from customers.

My complaint:

I went to this store to redeem a product with my points. And when I got to the store the systems were down. So only cash was being taken but with no change back no matter the amount. Then since the systems were down I was unable to get my product with my points in store. But I redeemed them online through the app. I asked if I could get my points back I was told No. I ask for the product since I redeemed it online and showed them they said no again. So they stole my points and change from a purchase I had to do since I had no points. This store is stealing money from people and no one is doing anything about it. The manager and employees there don’t care about their customers it’s sad. I want a refund back so I won’t go back to this store again. And I am going to post this on social media people need to know what they are doing.

Suggested solution:

Giving back my points and my money back as well. I know it was not much in the amount but it is about the principal of the issue.
