7-Eleven complaint: Don’t seem to have what they “claim” to have

My complaint:

My boyfriend and I live in an area where this 7-11 is the only place near that advertises they sell money orders. My bf doesn’t drive and I am disabled. Money orders or personal checks are the only way we can pay our rent. We do online banking, so we don’t use checks. This 7-11 claims to be out of money orders almost every single time my bf tries to get them. They also NEVER EVER answer their phone!

Suggested solution:

They should stock up with more money orders OR make their employees stop being too lazy to do them and just tell people they’re out of them so they don’t have to do themdo their jobs that they’re getting paid to do and they need to start answering the phone so customers can ask questions instead of having to go there for nothing
