7-Eleven complaint: The way i was treated in your store for the second time

My complaint:

this is now my second visit to this location and it has turned me away from ever coming back. my first visit last week to your location I let the lady at the register now I am deaf to start with. I went in to try you 49. cent fountain drinks. I put in my number however it didn’t pull up she was nice to reregister but made me and my sister uncomfortable with remarks. I went in yesterday around 1:26 and the man who helped you don’t talk and act liker that. made a big scene. again my number would not work I asked him to help me reregister. he was rude and then said fine discounted me and with an attitude said is that better. I can hear a little and heard that. especially with a hearing impairment. now no of mr family or I wanna come back and you 3 minutes from my house. I am extremely upset and would like this handled.

Suggested solution:

I would like this addressed and for the horrible treatment I would like something done
