My complaint:
My wife was charged twice to get orders to a friend. Promised three times they would send a check as a refund. They said they could not put the money back into her account that it came from. Charged for a celebration package automatically debited from my wife’s checking account
Suggested solution:
Three times they have promised to refund my wife the $31.74. Do not trust them to send a check. PayPal is would be a preferred refund payment
