My complaint:
Recently, I placed an order for two products. I checked the delivery date and one product was to ship a week later. I tried to cancel my entire order but was told no since part of the order had been processed. I was able to cancel the second part of the order only to be told my refund would take 10 business days to process. I found this to be ridiculous. My order number was W01005873220284.
I have chatted and exchanged multiple emails with no satisfaction. They do apologize a lot but what does that do to resolve my issue. Nothing!
Suggested solution:
Issue an immediate refund or provide my wife with a complimentary gift!
