My complaint:
I ordered birthday flowers for 08/17/3023 and the flowers were not delivered until 08/18/2023. So it was not a birthday gift then you disrespect me by returning $2.99 delivery fee. Safe to say you lost a customer. Very disappointed in the service

Birthday comes once a year. How can you correct this?
