My complaint:
I told him to drop me off where I was pointing to.. he didn’t want to stop so I told him again that my stop was right there…he put his car in park and turned around trying to grab my private parts I then kicked him and jumped out of his car…later that day he texted me a pic of his private part asking me to wanted to hang out…my 7 yr old had my phone and saw it first then I looked and seen what he had sent…later on that night he called me and I didn’t answer then again tried calling me again and then blocked him so he couldn’t call and harass me anymore I had asked for his number in case I needed a ride home so he gave it to me but he ended up having my my phone since I called his to make sure I had his number…
Suggested solution:
I think through a lawsuit…my daughter shouldn’t have seen that pic and myself…
