My complaint:
Driver dropped us off and drove off with our bags in back of vehicle. When driver was contacted he said that he tolk to bags of men’s clothing worth $800 and tolk it to the good will 😐. Now we all know that is a straight lie. He is supposed take it to the office, so that we can pick it up. Charges will be person the driver as well a Z trip of they continue to be unprofessional and not return a call on a very serious matter.
Suggested solution:
By calling and resolving the issue in a responsible, professional manner, ASAP. We requested service through there company... Not personally the thief that was hired.
