My complaint:

Payed for 1 month. A second payment was taken out without authorisation. I want a refund. This is thief and I will not except this behaviour .

My name is Xenia Thomson

I will not show my bank details as the Zoosk company have records

Suggested solution:

Because this is theft of my money and it is not the correct thing to do. They took money off me without my permission.
