My complaint:

I had an email weeks ago letting me know my zoosk account is suspended until I pay the fee. I wrote an email to them asking to cancel my zoosk account as I haven’t used it in almost a year. I said cancel any subscription and please stop trying to access my bank account. I got the suspension emails over and over so I googled how to cancel my subscription which said download the app. As I removed it 9 months ago or more and once your on your page I followed the instructions and it still wouldn’t unsubscribe me. And now they have just taken $80 for another years subscription. This is an outrage and I need that money. The app is actually a scam because if you read the fine print it tells you that the person your talking on there doesn’t match the pictures on there wall. Once I read that I tried to unsubscribe then and until I received the suspension of my account I had no idea I was still subscribed. I want my $80 back as I did cancel and unsubscribe my account more then once. I will search for this email I sent to zoosk and try upload it asap.

Suggested solution:

By cancelling my subscription that I asked and tried myself to do then return my money for an app I hadn't used and obviously tried many times to delete and unsubscribe.
