My complaint:
I prepaid for a whole year of Zoom services in June.
2 weeks ago, for no reasons at all, my account now reflected only the basic membership and I lost all my access to the Pro features, and was told to UPGRADE again.
I tried contacting Zoom support, Zoom sales, Zoom billing and have had either no access because I’m a basic member, or being put on hold for so long that I gave up while accumulating LONG DISTANCE CALL CHARGES!
It’s also frustrating to note that the only line I could actually speak to a human being is the SALES department in which there was absolutely no wait at all! But when transferred to Billing, no one ever answered!!!!
This all sound like a SCAM to me. Zoom needs to uplevel their service quality by NOT TAKING PEOPLE’S MONEY AND DISAPPEARING!!
