My complaint:
Zoom has truly dreadful customer service. I tried to change my password which took me 45 minutes as the system would not let me and I could not access my account. Could not get hold of a person to speak to…just a load of Bots!
Sent a complaint to their customer service department ..but no reply. Was going to upgrade…but will not now.
Suggested solution:
A modicum of decent customer service would be appreciated
